Several inspection methods for corrugated cardboard boxes

Quality control in carton factories: this department has its own inspection standards. All common testing methods and technical standards for cartons as a form of packaging have their particularities, so understanding these standards is obviously necessary for carton manufacturing enterprises. As the use of cartons becomes more widespread, testing their various properties has become increasingly important. The main types of testing for paper products and cartons are as follows:
Corrugated box factory quality control. This department has its own inspection standards. All common testing methods and technical standards for this type of packaging have their own specificities. Therefore, understanding these standards is clearly necessary for corrugated box manufacturers. As the use of corrugated boxes becomes more widespread, testing the various properties of corrugated boxes has also become more important. The main tests for paper products and corrugated boxes include:
1. The national standard for corrugated boxes is GB6543-2008, and its main test items include the compressive strength and stacking strength test of the boxes.
2. National standard GB/T13024-2003, the main test items include the testing of grammage, thickness, tightness, burst index, transverse ring crush index, transverse folding endurance, water absorption, and moisture content of ordinary boxboard, kraft liner boxboard, and kraft boxboard, etc.
3. National standard GB/T6544-2008 mainly specifies the test items for the thickness, edge crush strength, bonding strength, burst strength, puncture strength, and moisture content of corrugated boxes.
4. National standard GB/T13023-2008 mainly tests whether the grammage, tightness, transverse ring crush strength index, longitudinal tear length, and moisture content of corrugated base paper meet the relevant standard requirements.
5. GB/T451.2-2002 "Determination of grammage of paper and paperboard", where grammage is one of the most basic performance indicators of paper. Grammage is often regarded as a characteristic parameter of paper. Grammage is defined as "the mass per unit area of paper and paperboard determined by the specified test method, in units of g/m2."
